The room had ample space for walking and exercising, a perfect open wardrobe, a kettle for tea, and essential USB plug-in points. It even had a bath, which was such a treat. The trees outside framed my window beautifully, allowing me to feel connected to nature while being indoors. Breakfast buffet in the Beefeater was excellent, with lots of choices and quickly replenished. However, the setup of the hot food area could be improved for safety and efficiency. too be honest here is where improvements could be made, not the food that was excellent, lots of it and quickly replenished, it was where the hot food was situated- in a narrow 'doorway' at the top of the stairs from the' Grill' area- it was completely unsuitable in many ways not least as people were queueing for food so blocking the doorway, plus the poor little girl bringing the replacement dishes up the stairs every 5 minutes had to negotiate people going to the toast/pastries etc, people waiting for replacement items and people just generally trying to get their breakfast it became dangerous when one poor lady dropped her breakfast which went everywhere and the floor was covered with slippery scrambled egg/beans and the suchlike and of course people being people & only concerned about getting their own food where just trampling it everywhere and not giving the staff the room or time to clear the floor properly
